Q: “What should I do if the measurement is wrong?”
We recommend that you strictly follow our measurement guide.
Q: “How long is the customization cycle?”
Standard customization takes 5-10 working days, and the expedited service can be shortened to 3 days (+$35). Real-time tracking of production progress.
Q: “Can I modify the submitted order?”
Free modification within 12 hours after placing the order(can be terminated before cutting).
Q: “How to customize non-standard window types?”
Supports trapezoidal/arched/octagonal window customization, you need to upload a window photo + hand-drawn sketch, and the designer will provide a plan confirmation within 48 hours.
Q: “Can customized products be returned?”
Due to the special nature of customized products, we do not support full refunds. Please make sure to measure correctly before placing an order and pay after confirming the order details.
Q: “How to choose the lining?”
Sleeping area: full blackout lining
Living room: soundproof lining
Wet area: mildew-proof lining
Q: “How long is the warranty period?”
Lifetime warranty for structural parts (tracks/motors), 5-year warranty for fabrics (free replacement for fading/pilling under normal use).
