• We provide expert advice on measurement and selection of the most fitting collection for your windows.
• Reasonable return requests* will be accepted and handled within 14 days upon your receipt. Check out our Return Policy for detailed information.
• Installation of curtains or shades should be carried out under proper installation instructions. CURTAINUK provides detailed installation instructions for curtains and shades. Please install the hooks or hardware carefully and gently to prevent damage to the fabric or shade lifting system.

* The return policy does not apply to any return/refund based on fabric selection, if the customer has not seen a fabric sample or declines to receive a fabric sample after the order is placed.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

CURTAINUK only delivers the best drapery curtains to customers. We proudly stand behind our materials and manufacturers with a limited lifetime warranty. Our shades also come with a 1-3 year free warranty.

What is Covered

We guarantee that our product will be free of manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. Should the product be defective, CURTAINUK will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item.

What is Not Covered

• This limited warranty does not cover normal wear & tear (examples: normal fading from sunlight, fraying of fabric, loss of color intensity, damage from water, insects or pets, deterioration of operation mechanisms over time).
• This limited warranty does not cover any damages caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the products.
• This also does not warrant that the products won't be obsolete at some point in the future.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Care Instructions

For products made from 100% natural materials (such as 100% linen) and those clearly labeled as "unwashable" on the product page (e.g., black-edged items), shrinkage may occur. These products are not suitable for washing.

You can wash it in the washing machine, but remember to use cold water, use a laundry bag or socks to protect the header. Do not tumble dry, and let it air dry naturally. Our high-temperature shaping process ensures that the curtains remain smooth and like new even after multiple washes.
